Summary: Worked with the project team to secure the contract, develop the governance model and risk profile, establish an integrated risk- management framework and assess risk (impact / probability). Monitored the prime contract and assured quality in line with client expectations. The feasibility formed the basis of investment supporting the launch of a new language institute in a foreign jurisdiction, utilizing a Made-in-Canada model.

Summary: Led bidding / contracting process for this multi-year consulting project and co-developed and secured regulatory approvals to proceed. Managed a multi-disciplinary team to complete an institutional assessment, collaborating with local employers, government officials, learning and community partners to develop and execute the multi-year college improvement plan.

Private-Public Partnerships - Corporate Establishment

Summary: Seconded to lead the development and launch of a GCC-based subsidiary and manage the successful launch of PPP campus operations. Worked with Canadian and GCC legal teams and government officials to establish a foreign-owned subsidiary and complete all corporate / government filings. Directed campus launch with milestones such as securing permits, academic program development, textbooks and third-party providers (facilities, security and staffing). Oversaw the campus conditioning surveys and contributed to remediation plans.

Summary: Designed the project and supported the implementation team during start-up and thereafter for Brazil’s signature STEM education scholarship program.
